PROJECT | NH UTRECHT CENTRE HOTEL | INTERIOR CONCEPT OF 47 ROOMS

 NH Centre Utrecht Hotel is part of the Spanish NH Hotel Group, with 400 hotels in 30 countries. I gave the 47 rooms in this charming old building a big update. 

 

CHALLENGE

The main challenge was to give the 47 different rooms a modern charming sparkle. They had to fit within the strict NH concept policy and a limited budget. Due to many years of travel experience in luxury hotels, my senses are tuned to a luxurious hospitality experience.

 

CONCEPT

The concept is built on the connection between the authenticity of the building, its direct surroundings, and its visitors. The common thread in the design is warmth, both in color and texture

 

SPECIAL ELEMENTS

Light plays with the old glass elements, emphasizing warm color combinations and reflections. I love how we created this cozy yet luxurious vibe. The new interior stays in line with the age of the building, while feeling like a modern upgrade.
